Ruan Viljoen joins Dynamic Marine Spare Parts as our Sales Director. With 10 years of experience in the marine and mining sales sectors, and a further 9 years in machining, repair and manufacturing environments, Ruan brings a rare blend of hands-on technical expertise and commercial insight. He is a driven and detail-focused professional who is committed to delivering dependable service and long-term value to clients. By combining his engineering knowledge with strong relationship-building skills, Ruan acts as a key point of contact for needs assessments, specification development and project-based procurement support.
Ruan’s understanding of real-world operational challenges allows him to identify the right solution quickly and accurately, ensuring uptime and performance for vessels and industrial operations. His leadership strengthens our ability to respond to urgent supply requirements, streamline customer support and maintain the high standards we are known for across South Africa and international markets. Sales Director Africa
JP brings five years of solid experience in the marine and mining sales sectors, backed by a strong technical foundation in crushers, manufacturing plants and heavy industrial environments. His role is centred on ensuring efficiency and precision within the sales department, where he focuses on understanding client requirements, delivering prompt service and offering competitive, value-driven pricing. With his ability to translate technical specifications into practical solutions, JP ensures that each customer receives the right product, at the right time, with the right support.
JP’s commitment to reliability and clear communication strengthens our customer relationships and internal workflow. His approach emphasises quick turnaround on enquiries, seamless coordination between sourcing and delivery, and proactive support to minimise operational downtime. As part of the Dynamic Marine Spare Parts leadership team, JP plays an important role in maintaining the high service standards our clients depend on—both locally and across international markets.
External Sales
Jandre Viljoen brings valuable hands-on and customer-facing expertise to the Dynamic Marine Spare Parts team. With 3–4 years of experience as a Site and Workshop Supervisor, he oversaw fabrication, repairs and precision alignment work, giving him a strong understanding of mechanical performance in real-world operating conditions. He then spent 2 years as an External Sales Representative, where he successfully grew accounts by applying his technical knowledge of bearings, seals and gearboxes to provide reliable, fit-for-purpose solutions. Jandre’s combination of practical engineering insight and customer service focus ensures consistent, accurate support for every client requirement.
Jandre plays a key role in maintaining seamless communication between workshop operations, suppliers and frontline customer support. His approach is grounded in responsiveness, accountability and clear technical guidance, helping clients make informed decisions that protect uptime and extend equipment life.
