1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Dynamic Marine Spare Parts Namibia (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) website and the purchase of products and services offered on this platform. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products and Availability
We supply marine spare parts, industrial components, and related accessories across Namibia and the surrounding regions, including Angola, Botswana, Zambia, and South Africa. Product images are for illustration purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product supplied. Availability is subject to stock levels, supplier conditions, and shipping timelines. We reserve the right to limit, delay, or cancel orders where necessary.

3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Namibian Dollars (NAD), inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and are confirmed only once an official Quotation or Tax Invoice is issued. Exchange rate fluctuations and international freight costs may affect pricing on imported goods.

4. Ordering Process

Orders are only considered accepted once payment has been received and verified. The Company reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability.

5. Payment
We accept payment via:

EFT / Bank Transfer

Goods will only be released or dispatched after full payment has cleared in our nominated bank account. All banking and transfer fees are for the customer’s account.

6. Delivery & Collection
We deliver throughout Namibia and to neighboring countries upon request. Delivery charges are calculated during checkout or quotation. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:

Stock and supplier availability

Courier or freight performance

Customs clearance (for cross-border shipments)

Customers may opt for collection from our designated collection point or warehouse by prior arrangement.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

A return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Proof of purchase is provided

Items returned due to customer error (such as incorrect part ordering) may be subject to a handling or restocking fee. Custom-ordered, special-order, electrical, or electronic items cannot be returned unless proven defective under warranty.

8. Warranty
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation and proof of purchase. Warranty does not cover:

Incorrect installation or application

Improper or unsafe use

Normal wear and tear

Damage due to negligence, corrosion, or accident

Where valid, the Company’s liability is limited to replacement, repair, or credit of the defective item at our discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for:

Loss of profit, revenue, or production

Indirect or consequential damages

Labour, removal, or reinstallation costs

Our total liability is limited strictly to the value of the purchased item concerned.

10. Technical & Compatibility Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to:

Confirm part compatibility and suitability

Ensure installation by qualified personnel

Verify technical specifications before ordering

While we may assist with product guidance, final responsibility for fitment and use remains with the customer.

11. Use of Website
All website content, including text, images, designs, and logos, are the intellectual property of Dynamic Marine Spare Parts Namibia. No user may copy, reproduce, or distribute website material without written authorization from the Company.

12. Privacy Policy
We collect only the personal information required to process orders, arrange deliveries, and provide customer support. Information is kept secure and not shared or sold to third parties, except as necessary for courier, customs, or legal purposes. Our privacy practices comply with the Namibian Data Protection Guidelines and POPIA principles where applicable.

13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the High Court of Namibia (Windhoek) or an appropriate regional court, depending on the value of the claim.
